Hi, my name is Jordy Van Landeghem! I am a Computer Science doctoral researcher at the KU Leuven (Belgium) and an AI Researcher at Contract.fit (Belgium).
With a demonstrated track record of industrial and academic prowess I am an articulate enthusiast of cutting-edge Language Technology:
- Applied end-to-end AI engineering in the context of various Document AI application domains, e.g., finance, banking, insurance, legal.
- Conducting and publishing high-quality research into the fundamentals of Deep Learning (calibration, uncertainty quantification, out-of-distribution robustness) in order to obtain more reliable machine learning systems.
My research interests include uncertainty in Deep Learning, Document AI, Structured Prediction, and Calibration.
